The Mutual NDA covers confidentiality, testing authorisation, critical finding notification within 48 hours, and 90-day data retention. Download and review it before signing.

2. Sign electronically

  • Your drawn signature is captured with a UTC timestamp.
  • An executed PDF is emailed to you and to pentest@cyberopstechnologies.com.
  • No testing begins until a separate Rules of Engagement is agreed.
